News Agriprocessors May Face More Charges Posted 25 August 2008 Last Friday, Aug. 22, the Iowa Division of Labor Services proposed fining the Postville Agriprocessor plant over $100,000 for 29 serious violations and six repeat offenses. The nation's largest kosher meatpacking plant, Agriprocessors, was accused earlier this month by the Iowa Division of Labor Services of employing dozens of underage workers.   Agriprocessors will have 15 days to respond to the allegations.
