News Driver Injured in Rollover Accident Posted 21 August 2008 Charges are pending from a roll over accident Tuesday night, Aug. 19, near Masonville that sent the driver to the hospital.   The Delaware County Sheriff's Office reports Christopher Bagley, 21 of Independence, was injured when his SUV rolled on a gravel road, 210th Street, near Masonville.   Authorities say Bagley was westbound when he lost control of his vehicle. The SUV entered the ditch and rolled three times before hitting a utility pole. Bagley was ejected through the driver's side window.   Bagley was taken to Regional Medical Center in Manchester for treatment of his injuries.
