News Farmer's Market Customer Appreciation Saturday Posted 21 August 2008 Vendors at the Independence Farmer's Market will hold a special Customer Appreciation event this Saturday, Aug. 23. Complimentary muffins and coffee will be given to all market patrons who attend.   Just a reminder that garden produce is at its peak and now it a terrific time to visit the market to fill your needs. Buy fresh and buy local!   The Farmer's Market is open Saturday mornings from 8 a.m. until 12 noon at the Wapsipinicon Mill in downtown Independence.
