News Fair Association to hold Meeting Posted 19 August 2008 The Buchanan County Fair Association will hold their monthly meeting this Thursday, Aug. 21, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the 4-H Building at the Buchanan County Fairgrounds in Independence.   The public is welcome to attend.
