Country Cruiser's Car Cruise Tonight

The Country Cruiser's 16th Annual
Car Cruise will be today, Saturday, Aug. 9, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at
E-Z Pickin's, located just south of Manchester near Highway 20.
Hundreds of classic cars are expected to participate in the cruise this
year.
The cruise route will travel mostly through the southern half of
Delaware County. The Car Cruise will travel through Manchester and pass
through Oneida, Delaware, Delhi, and Hopkinton before swinging back
into Manchester on Bailey's Drive.
If you have a classic, new or unique vehicle you'd like to drive in the
Cruise, just line-up at E-Z Pickins in Manchester late Saturday
afternoon prior to the start of the cruise.
An "After the Cruise" Street Dance, sponsored by the Manchester Area
Chamber of Commerce, will be held immediately following the cruise's
return to Manchester. Live music will be provided by the band "Large
Midgets."
The Cruiser's annual Car Show will be held tomorrow, Sunday, Aug. 10,
at the Delaware County Fairgrounds in Manchester. Entry fee is $12 and
includes one passenger. Registration will be from 8 a.m. until 12 noon.
A Boy Scout Pancake Breakfast will be held that morning. Door prizes
and the 50-50 drawing will be held Sunday afternoon at about 3 p.m.
