Fairbank Woman Wins Big Lottery Prize Posted 5 August 2008 Melanie Menuey of Fairbank recently won the top prize of $50,000 in the Iowa Lottery's 'Deal or No Deal' Instant Scratch Game.   Menuey purchased the winning ticket at the Pronto Convenience Store in Fairbank. She recently claimed her prize at the Iowa Lottery's Regional Office in Cedar Rapids.   'Deal or No Deal' is a $5 Scratch Game according to lottery officials, and there are still five top prizes of $50,000 still unclaimed.
