FEMA Disaster Recovery Center to Close

The FEMA Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) for Buchanan County located at
the Aurora Comet Center, 401 Woodruff, in Aurora will close at 7 p.m.
tomorrow, Friday, June 27.
Operating hours until that time are 7 a.m. until - 10 p.m.
FEMA encourages all persons who suffered losses from the May 25 storms,
or those who have suffered losses due to flooding, to register for
assistance.
After June 27, people can register by phone at 1-800-621-FEMA or online
at http://www.fema.gov. The last day for Buchanan County
residents to register is July 28, 2008.
